Single
Site License
You may use the software for your own personal
use, on one domain only. You may run an unlimited number of programs off
this one domain. This means you are limited to one installation, i.e. one
database, so all programs will be in the members back office of the single
domain. Each program's back office can still have a distinctive look, via
header and footer files designated per program.
You must host on our server, and you agree
to leave a clearly visible link in the footer files on your site (this
must appear at the bottom of ALL pages on your website, even ones you create
from scratch), which will say "Powered by Automatic Web Software", and
link back to http://AutomaticWebSoftware.com in a new window. This will
appear under your copyright notice for your site. If you use the footer
include, in all pages you create, this link is automatically added for
you. In the event your page colors make the link invisible, or hard to
read, you agree to alter the link color as needed, to create appropriate
contrast, so the link is clearly readable. You will have ftp access, to
manage your web site.
Multi
Site / Private Label License
You may use the software for your own personal
use, on an unlimited number of domains you own, or have controlling interest
in (meaning you own 51% or more of the company). You may run your sites
private label (meaning you may remove the powered by link, but you cannot rebrand the software), and you may host anywhere you like. Those hosting with us will
have ftp and cpanel access to manage their web sites.
